While finishing off his first year in high school during a music class Dave heard the pounding of drums in the music room next door. He knew right away that's what he wanted to do. That summer Dave begged his parents to take drum lessons and buy his first drum set. Soon he found himself in his grandparents' basement with the stereo cranked up, playing along to his influences, which at that time was mainly Green Day. As Dave started to mature through his high school years so did his ear for music. He soon became intrested in heavier music and started to follow bands like Metallica. Not long after, Dave got himself a double bass drum pedal and would play along to "One". After high school Dave had played with numerous friends and bands. He played numerous shows at various well known venues, and opened up for major acts such as The Misfits. When his last band split, Dave placed an ad on the web in hopes to find a band that were into the same music as he was. A few days and about 7 different replies later, Dave got a response from Silver Spade. After a second jam session with the band, Bob asked Dave "How soon could you write up a bio?" and Dave joined the band. Dave is excited to be part of Silver Spade and looks foward to making his mark with them.
